Well-Being Practice: Gratitude Journal and/or Jar

Journaling or writing down what you are grateful for is a wonderful way to cultivate and strengthen your mindfulness practice. Each day this week, write down one thing you are grateful for in your journal.

Alternatively, you can start a gratitude jar, jotting down what you are grateful for on a small piece of paper and placing it in the jar. The gratitude jar is a lovely practice because it can serve as a visual reminder of how much you have to be grateful for and you can also randomly pull out a slip of paper from the jar during difficult times.
